  • Account Information: Email address and authentication credentials.
  • Usage Data: Generated images, garment uploads, credit transactions, and generation history.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session data for security and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To communicate service updates, security alerts, and support.
  • To improve our AI models and service quality (anonymized data only).

3. Data Storage and Security

  • User data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security.
  • Generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 with encryption at rest.
  • All data transmission is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
  • We do not store payment card information; payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Google Cloud (AI processing), Cloudflare (storage), Supabase (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments), Sentry (error tracking).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Export your generated images at any time.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.
  • Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Generated images are retained for 90 days after account deletion.
  • Payment records are retained for 5 years for legal compliance.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

8. KVKK Compliance (Turkey)

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698), we process personal data based on legitimate interest and explicit consent. Turkish users may exercise their rights under KVKK by contacting our data controller.
