1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Manken ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Manken provides AI-powered virtual try-on image generation for fashion products. Users upload garment images and select AI-generated models to produce model-wearing product photos.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

• Free accounts receive 20 credits upon registration.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy).
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods.
• Failed generations are automatically refunded.
• Refund requests for subscriptions may be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

• Generated images are owned by the user who created them.
• AI models used in the Service are 100% synthetically generated and carry no portrait rights.
• Users may use generated images for commercial purposes including product listings, social media, and advertisements.
• You must not upload images that infringe on third-party copyrights.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the Service.
• Automated scraping or bulk generation beyond your plan limits.
• Reselling the Service or generated images as an AI service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Manken shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
